PARAMOUNT FILM SERIES
The landmark Paramount Theatre was built in 1930 as a first run movie theatre. Its elegant, atmospheric design features a beautiful, gilded proscenium and neon lit ceiling, transporting audiences to a Spanish/Moorish courtyard at night, complete with twinkling stars and passing clouds. It is a truly unique movie-going experience and a significant part of film history in the southwest.

Our Paramount Film Series continues with the American epic drama, JAWS.
Jaws follows a police chief, a marine biologist, and a shark hunter who join forces to track a massive great white terrorizing a coastal resort town, threatening lives and summer tourism. Spielberg balances gripping adventure, human drama, and masterful suspense, amplified by John Williams’ iconic score. Widely regarded as the first summer blockbuster, it remains a tense, thrilling, and character-rich classic worth experiencing on the big screen.
